US Shipping Disruptions

Effective August 29, 2025, an Executive Order signed by President Donald Trump ends the US “de minimis” exemption. This means all parcels entering the US, regardless of value, are now subject to import duties, payable to US Customs before delivery.

However while the new rules have come into effect, the US has not established systems to collect, pay, and remit the new duties they’re requesting.

Unfortunately, with the deadline imminent and a lack of clear implementation on the US side, this has caused major disruptions for parcels bound for the US from nearly all international shipping regions.

As a result, several countries have temporarily suspended a majority and/or all shipments to the US.

In turn, this has forced us to temporarily suspend all shipments to the US at this time.

We’ve been advised existing orders en route to customers may ship as normal, but could be impacted by unexpected disruptions.

All other regions aren’t affected and can order as normal ❤️

There’s a few days left to take advantage of our platform wide birthday sale, and while we’re sad US customers are going to miss out, if you live anywhere else we encourage you to pop through an order to help support independent artists being affected by these changes.

Every bit helps, and these changes are hugely disruptive for indie creatives trying to make a living.

If you’re US based and impacted by these changes, we encourage you to reach out to your representatives to voice your concerns.

We’re as frustrated as you are, and we’re working hard to get shipping back up and running to the US as soon as possible.
